Acceptable use policy

This policy sets out how you may and may not use LedgerDue. It forms part of our Business Terms and helps keep the service safe and reliable for everyone.

Prohibited activities

You must not:

  • Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
  • Upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload or interfere with the service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, resell or sublicense the service except as permitted by law.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Scrape or harvest data from the service without our permission.

Your responsibilities for client data

You are responsible for the data you enter. You must have a lawful basis to input any personal data about your clients or their representatives, and you must handle that data in line with applicable law.

Consequences of breach

We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other appropriate action to protect the service and its users.

If you become aware of any misuse of LedgerDue, please report it to contact@ledgerdue.uk.
